# IT Program Manager (DataMgt)

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is hiring an IT Program Manager (DataMgt) for the Center for Medicare. The role provides technical expertise in advanced data systems analysis and design, leads data management and IT projects, performs data science analyses, and oversees contractor performance and acquisition materials. Responsibilities Lead complex data management efforts, overseeing data storage, modeling, and warehousing systems to resolve critical agency data integration issues Perform advanced data science analyses using programming languages to clean large datasets and translate complex findings into actionable IT strategies Direct large-scale, complex IT and data management projects, managing lifecycle plans, risk mitigation, resource allocation, and project schedules Serve as a technical expert to oversee contractor performance and develop acquisition materials Skills You must be a U.S. Citizen or National to apply for this position I have IT-related experience, demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience obtained in either the private or public sector and/or completion of specific, intensive training that demonstrates that I possess each of the following
