Our ideal candidate can turn complex topics into clear recommendations, enjoys bringing people together, and likes leaving things better than they found them.\nWhat You Will Do as a USANA Process Engineer\nOwn solution design of end-to-end processes, from ideate-to-launch through design-to-release and new product introduction\nManage PLM to ERP integrations, making sure formula, recipe, routing, and item master data flows accurately between systems\nDesign and improve our change control model, including approvals, readiness criteria, and the downstream impact on costing and label claims\nUse data and direct PLM and ERP queries to troubleshoot issues, validate changes, and identify root causes\nKeep processes aligned with GMP, FDA, and audit requirements, with full traceability for formulas and specifications\nSpot where AI and automation can add real value, then build reusable tools the team can rely on, with governance built in\nLead cross-functional initiatives, breaking big projects into clear steps and aligning stakeholders for successful adoption\nMentor engineers and help shape team standards and roadmap priorities\nBackground and Skills You Will Need\nFive plusyears in business process improvement and software implementation, including work within one or more end-to-end business capabilities\nHands-on PLM (Oracle Agile or comparable) and ERP (Oracle EBS or comparable) skills, including multi-system workflows\nBackground in process manufacturing, such as formulation, recipe, and batch-based production\nExperience in a GMP, FDA, or similarly regulated environment, including formal change control and audit support; SOX familiarity is a plus\nAbility to spot process risks and turn them into practical recommendations\nStrong data-driven analysis and sound judgment on ambiguous problems\nProven ability to lead complex initiatives, influence stakeholders, and mentor others\nWhat Will Make You Standout\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field\nExperience with PLM migration or modernization, including data cleansing and mapping, or exposure to next-generation PLM platforms\nFamiliarity with improvement methods like Lean, Kaizen, BPMN, or SIPOC\nExposure to change management practices, such as user adoption and communication planning\nWho We Are\nSince 1992, USANA has put science first with our focus on in-house research and manufacturing based in Salt Lake City, Utah to drive the creation of supplements that give your body the exact nutrition it needs to thrive.
