If you take pride in your work and enjoy delivering an exceptional customer experience, apply today!\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nPerforms work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards. \nOperating dealership-owned and customer-owned vehicles safely. \nProviding accurate and trustworthy diagnoses and repairs to maintain customer trust. \nCommunicates with parts department to obtain needed parts. \nSave and tag parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer. \nExamines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended. \nCommunicates with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time. \nDocuments all work performed and recommendations on the repair order. \nRoad tests vehicles. \nParticipates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events. \nKeeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins. \nUsing and maintaining expensive tools and equipment. \nInspects and tests drive newly delivered vehicles for obvious damage and missing major components and drivability functions \nKeeps the shop area neat and clean. \nMaintains and holds accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals. Returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as they were received. \nUnderstands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, state and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc. \nHandling hazardous materials, such as motor oil, coolant, and cleaning agents, in compliance with safety regulations. \nAccessing restricted or secure areas of the dealership. \nOperates all tools and equipment in a safe manner. \nReports any safety issues immediately to management. \nOther tasks as assigned. \nRequirements:\nHigh school diploma and two years of related experience;
