Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at-all from Day One.\nJob Description\nRole Overview\nThe Asset Tokenization Product Lead will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of products supporting tokenized digital assets across their full lifecycle. This role will drive the commercialization and scaling of tokenized assets by translating market needs, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies into clear product direction. The role will partner closely with technology, risk, legal, operations, distribution, and other product teams to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for tokenized asset capabilities\n\nLead product development across the end-to-end asset lifecycle, including issuance, servicing, settlement, custody, and distribution\n\nPartner with Technology to translate product requirements into scalable platform and architecture decisions\n\nCollaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure regulatory alignment, operational resilience, and strong control frameworks\n\nWork with Distribution and client-facing teams to identify client demand, support go-to-market strategy, and prioritize use cases\n\nMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments related to tokenized assets and digital markets\n\nServe as a cross-functional leader and subject matter expert for asset tokenization initiatives\n\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of experience in product management, investment services, asset management, or related financial services roles\n\nStrong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and asset servicing models\n\nDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional product teams from concept through delivery\n\nProven ability to operate at the intersection of business, technology, and risk\n\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with digital assets, blockchain-based products, or tokenized financial instruments\n\nFamiliarity with distributed ledger technology and digital asset platforms\n\nExperience supporting the full asset lifecycle (issuance, custody, servicing, settlement, and reporting)\n\nBackground in regulated financial institutions with strong governance and risk management disciplines\n\n**The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.**\nIf there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.\nBenefits:\nOur approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
