Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at-all from Day One.\nJob Description\nIn this role, you will research and monitor financial-account exceptions such as returned wires, funds awaiting proper placement, and account overdrafts. You will work with internal business partners to gather information, track outstanding items, and follow up regularly to help move issues toward resolution. The position provides oversight of exceptions rather than primarily resolving or processing the underlying transactions directly.\nYou will work across multiple systems and platforms, manage a variety of exception types, and communicate with internal departments through email and calls. When an issue cannot be advanced through email communication, you may coordinate and lead calls with the appropriate business partners. The team also provides opportunities to learn different functions through cross-training, with established procedures available to support the work.\nKey Responsibilities\nResearch and monitor financial-account exceptions, including returned wires, funds awaiting proper placement, and account overdrafts.\nCoordinate with internal business partners to obtain information and status updates on outstanding items.\nTrack open exceptions and provide consistent follow-up through email and calls.\nSet up and lead calls when additional coordination is needed to move an issue toward resolution.\nSupport account and asset-level maintenance for WMIS client accounts and products.\nWork across multiple systems, platforms, and exception categories.\nManage multiple responsibilities concurrently while meeting established deadlines and Service Level Agreements.\nFollow established department policies, procedures, and operational requirements.\nParticipate in cross-training across team functions.\nBasic Qualifications\nAssociate's degree, or equivalent work experience\nTwo or more years of relevant experience\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nBasic understanding of regulatory and accounting principles affecting Wealth Management & Investment Services business lines and clients\nResearch and analytical skills with the ability to investigate financial-account exceptions and gather relevant information\nAbility to quickly learn custody operations, systems, procedures, products, and services\nAbility to work effectively across multiple systems and platforms\nIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills; advanced proficiency is beneficial but not required\nAbility to manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment\nDemonstrated problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills\nClear written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to communicate effectively with internal business partners and lead calls when appropriate\nProficiency navigating Microsoft Office applications and other software systems\nLocation Expectations\nMust work in office 60% of the work days - per week.\nIf there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.\nBenefits:\nOur approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
