Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at-all from Day One.\nJob Description\nEssential Responsibilities\nDefine and communicate product vision, goals, and priorities for assigned capabilities and workstreams.\nPartner with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, risk, and compliance to understand needs and identify opportunities.\nTranslate business objectives and customer needs into clear product requirements and prioritized backlog items.\nLead discovery efforts to validate assumptions, understand pain points, and identify high-value opportunities.\nCollaborate with engineering, architecture, and UX teams to define solutions that are valuable, feasible, and sustainable.\nBalance short-term delivery needs with long-term product strategy and platform objectives.\nEstablish success measures and use data, customer feedback, and operational insights to guide decisions.\nParticipate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, roadmap discussions, and release planning activities.\nDrive alignment across multiple teams working toward shared business outcomes.\nCommunicate product direction, progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience\nExperience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, program leadership, or a related discipline. \nExperience defining requirements and working with Agile delivery teams.\nExperience managing priorities across multiple stakeholders and competing objectives.\nExperience translating business problems into actionable solutions.\nPreferred Skills / Experience\nExperience leading product initiatives involving enterprise platforms, digital applications, or customer-facing capabilities.\nStrong understanding of product discovery, product strategy, and roadmap development.\nAbility to break complex business processes into manageable product capabilities and iterative delivery plans.\nExperience working closely with software engineering, architecture, and UX teams.\nKnowledge of Agile product management techniques, backlog management, and story refinement.\nExperience using metrics, customer feedback, and operational data to guide prioritization and decision making.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience navigating large-scale organizational change and transformation initiatives.\nFamiliarity with banking, payments, commercial card, treasury, financial services, or regulated industries is beneficial but not required.\nStrong facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreference to have BFS exp\nIf there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.\nPosting may be closed earlier due to high volume of applicants.\nThis is an U.S. Bancorp India posting.
