Strategic Planning & Governance\nReview the program agreement from the onshore US Bank team along with US Bank GCC team \nEstablish a Transition Management Office (TMO) and governance framework to monitor progress, risks, and KPIs.\nAlign transition goals with organizational strategy and GCC objectives\n2. Stakeholder Engagement\nAct as the primary liaison between Onshore US Bank, Offshore US Bank GCC, internal teams, and vendors.\nEnsure stakeholder alignment through regular communication forums and escalation channels.\nDrive collaboration across global and local teams for smooth execution. Strategic Planning & Governance\n3. Talent & Resource Management\nCollaborate with HR and delivery teams to onboard resources with required skills.\nPlan for capacity ramp-up and training interventions for GCC roles.\nMaintain a pipeline for niche and digital skills. \n4. Knowledge Transfer (KT) & Change Management\nMonitor KT effectiveness and address gaps proactively\n5. Risk & Issue Management\nIdentify transition risks early and develop mitigation plans.\nManage escalations for delays, resource constraints, or contractual issues.\nEnsure compliance with governance and quality standards\n6. Operational Execution\nSupport transition phases: due diligence, planning, ramp-up, and stabilization.\nTrack program objective changes, raise change requests (CRs), and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.\nSupport stabilization post go-live to ensure seamless handover\nJob Description:\nParticipates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature.\n\nInterfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs.
