As part of our team, you can explore what motivates and energizes your career goals: partnering with our customers, our communities, and each other.\nJob Description\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain automation capabilities within the homegrown Assisted Manual Test Tool (AMTT) platform for iOS, Android, and payment solution testing.\n\nBuild automated test solutions for functional, integration, regression, stress, and scalability testing.\n\nDevelop and enhance in-house testing platforms to improve automation coverage, execution efficiency, and reporting.\n\nPartner with engineering teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and release processes.\n\nSupport reliable and repeatable testing across multiple product releases and environments.\n\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects, reliability issues, and performance bottlenecks.\n\nAnalyze application stability, including crashes, memory leaks, CPU utilization, and resource consumption issues.\n\nGenerate quality metrics, root cause analyses, and actionable recommendations to improve system performance, scalability, and product quality.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience\n- Seven to nine years of relevant work experience with programming concepts, development logic or automating complex processes\n*This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship*\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nStrong experience in QA Automation, Software Engineering, SDET, or Quality Engineering roles.\n\nProficiency in one or more programming languages including Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, Python, C#, or C/C++.\n\nHands-on experience developing automation frameworks, test tooling, or mobile application test solutions.\n\nExperience testing mobile applications, APIs, distributed systems, and backend services.\n\nStrong knowledge of Git, source control practices, and modern software development methodologies.\n\nExperience implementing and supporting automated testing within CI/CD environments.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance engineering skills.\n\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities within Agile/Scrum environments.\n\nExperience designing and supporting enterprise automation platforms or in-house test frameworks.\n\nBackground in financial services, payment processing, POS systems, or transaction-based applications.\n\nKnowledge of EMV transaction processing and card-present payment technologies.\n\nExperience with mobile automation frameworks and release qualification testing.\n\nExperience supporting large-scale regression testing across multiple product releases.\n\nLocation expectations \nThis role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.\nIf there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.\nBenefits:\nOur approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
