Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership & Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery of technology solutions acrossmultipleengineering teams, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps, timelines, and quality standards

• Oversee and guidesolution design, architecture decisions, and engineering practices across teams

• Drive consistency incoding standards, design patterns, and development processes

• Ensure delivery ofscalable, secure, and high-performance applications

• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks

People & Team Management

• Directly managemultipleengineeringleads, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance. One Engineering leadtypically manageoneteam.

• Build and scale high-performing engineering teams in the GCC environment

• Drive career growth, skill development, and succession planning across teams

• Foster a culture ofownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Manage resource planning, capacity allocation, and hiring in alignment with business needs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner withProduct, Architecture, Design, and global engineering teams to deliver business value

• Translate business strategy intotechnical execution plans and measurable outcomes

• Work effectively in adistributed/global team model, ensuring seamless coordination with onshore stakeholders

Process & Agile Excellence

• Drive adoption ofAgile/Scrum practices across teams in collaboration with Scrum Masters

• Improve team productivity throughmetrics, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence practices

• PromoteDevOps culture, automation, and efficient CI/CD workflows

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

• 15+ years of relevant software engineering experience

• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including managingengineeringleads

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managingmultiple teams through Engineering Leads in a matrix/global setup

• Strong experience working inoffshore/onshore delivery models, preferably withinBanking and Financial Servicesdomain

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and deliveringenterprise-gradelarge-scale, distributed, and high-availability systems

• CodingexperienceinUI/API development, microservices architecture, and system integration patternsin Spring Boot and React. Native iOS, Androidexperienceis nice to have.

• Understanding ofCI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar platforms

• Solid experience withAgile methodologies and scaling Agile across multiple teams

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams

• Ability to balancetechnical depth with people leadership and delivery accountability

• Strong decision-making skills with a focus onbusiness impact and engineering trade-offs

• Proven ability toinfluence without authority across global teams
