The role balances strategic partnership with hands-on delivery, ensuring alignment between business priorities, talent strategy, culture, and regulatory requirements.\nThe HR Business Partner will operate as a strategic advisor, talent leader, and employee advocate, enabling leadership to achieve growth, productivity, and service objectives while maintaining strong governance, engagement, and risk management.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Strategic Business Partnering\nPartner GCC Head and leadership team on organisation design, workforce planning, and talent strategy\nTranslate business strategy into clear, actionable people plans\nProvide insight and constructive challenge on structure, capability, and leadership effectiveness\nSupport delivery of GCC objectives (growth, cost, productivity, service quality)\nLead and support change management and transformation initiatives\n2. GCC Build, Scale & Operating Model\nSupport rapid hiring and onboarding at scale, with focus on quality, diversity, and retention\nShape organisational structures (spans/layers/reporting lines) as the GCC evolves\nEmbed scalable, efficient HR processes aligned to global standards\nEstablish a compelling employee value proposition aligned to the India market\nDrive effective workforce planning to support growth and operational stability\n3. Talent & Leadership\nLead talent management practices including succession planning, talent reviews, and pipeline development\nIdentify key talent risks and build mitigation plans\nCoach leaders on performance management, engagement, and team effectiveness\nBuild leadership capability through targeted development initiatives\nSupport performance, promotion, and reward decisions with rigour and fairness\n4. Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience\nEmbed a strong, inclusive culture aligned to global firm values\nDrive engagement initiatives and monitor attrition, acting on insights proactively\nAct as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on employee relations matters\nPromote fair, transparent, and consistent people practices\nServe as escalation point for complex or sensitive employee issues\n5. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning\nPartner with hiring managers to build a strong, diverse talent pipeline\nSupport strategic hiring decisions and define capability requirements\nEnable hiring manager capability in assessment and selection\nEnsure effective onboarding to accelerate integration and productivity\n6. Reward & Market Competitiveness\nSupport compensation benchmarking using India market data\nAdvise leaders on competitive and equitable reward decisions\nPartner with Compensation teams on incentive design and salary structures\nProvide insights on market trends (pay, skills availability, attrition drivers)\n7. Organisational Development & Change\nDiagnose organisational issues and implement appropriate solutions\nLead initiatives across org design, team effectiveness, and capability building\nSupport strategic planning, process improvement, and transformation programmes\nManage HR projects with clear goals, governance, and risk mitigation\n8.
