This role provides hands-on support for automation equipment, assists in continuous improvement projects, and ensures proper operation of automated systems in production.\nResponsibilities\nAssist with the setup, installation, and maintenance of automated manufacturing systems, including PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and related equipment.\nPerform routine inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of automation systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.\nSupport engineers and cross-functional teams in implementing automation solutions into production operations.\nMonitor production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the implementation of efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.\nMaintain technical documentation such as system checklists, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance logs.\nProvide training and day-to-day support for operators and maintenance staff on automated equipment.\nAssist with repair of manufacturing equipment and coordinate with external vendors as needed.\nInspect automated processes and products to verify that dimensional and performance specifications are met.\nStay informed on new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve automation, reliability and performance\nOther duties as assigned\nMust Haves\n3+ years of hands-on experience with automated equipment, robotics, and control systems.\nBasic knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial software\nStrong troubleshooting skills.\nStrong assembly and wiring skills\nProficiency with power and hand tools\nBasic fixturing/assembly practices.\nStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and technical communication skills.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.\nNice to Haves\nAssociate’s degree in Automation Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical/Mechanical Technology, or related field\nPC skills, including MS Office; exposure to CAD software is a plus.\nStrong collaboration skills across engineering, quality, and production teams\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation with shift differential\nMinimum of 4 weeks PTO for all team members\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans\n401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match\nRelocation assistance for qualified candidates\nCollaborative, employee-centric culture focused on innovation and growth\nOpportunities for professional development and continued education\nUS Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
