In this role, you’ll perform process transfers, test runs, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality production. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal molding conditions, support corrective actions, and uphold a clean, safe work environment. Relocation assistance is available for candidates willing to move within 20 miles of Fort Worth, TX.\nResponsibilities\nFollow procedures and protocols for press alarms, production priorities, and test runs\nComplete production test runs, summarize results, and update the MRP system\nTransfer and validate processes between machines, including setup sheet creation and documentation\nCollaborate with process, tooling, quality, maintenance, and production teams to resolve issues\nDocument all process changes using standardized worksheets\nCommunicate effectively with peers, operations, and vendors through verbal and written channels\nStart or stop molding machines based on priority schedules, including full shutdowns for mold changes\nSupport molding and quality teams on corrective actions and process adjustments\nEnsure molds run within defined parameters and established processes\nMaintain a clean and organized molding floor and work environment\nSet up and improve part containment systems at molding machines\nAssist with camera setup and installation as requested by Operations and Engineering\nSet up and tune Sprue Pickers and Robots (Yushin models)\nPerform other duties as assigned\nMust Haves\n2+ years of experience as a Process Technician in an injection molding environment\nCommitment to continued education through AIM Molding I and II (coursework and travel covered by US Conec)\nNice to Haves\nExperience with process documentation and setup sheet management\nFamiliarity with Yushin Sprue Pickers and robotic systems\nStrong collaboration skills across engineering, quality, and production teams\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation with shift differential\nMinimum of 4 weeks PTO for all team members\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans\n401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match\nRelocation assistance for qualified candidates\nCollaborative, employee-centric culture focused on innovation and growth\nOpportunities for professional development and continued education\nUS Conec will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
