To learn more about our work, please go to our official website at www.refugees.org.\nOVERVIEW\nThe U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our Management Information Systems (MIS) team at our Arlington, Virginia Office.\nThis position is responsible for supporting Microsoft 365 cloud services, managing employee computers and mobile devices through Microsoft Intune, providing Level 2 technical support, and assisting with the administration of USCRI's cloud and IT infrastructure. The position also provides hands-on support for conference room technology, online meetings, and audiovisual equipment.\nThe ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Windows systems, and general IT administration. The position will work closely with the Senior Cloud Systems Administrator to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology services across USCRI's headquarters, field offices, and remote workforce.\nThis is a fully on-site position responsible for providing Level 2 technical support, configuring and deploying employee computers, managing IT equipment and inventory, and supporting Microsoft 365 and endpoint administration.\nThe IT Systems Administrator will report to the Director of MIS and work closely with the Senior Cloud Systems Administrator to maintain reliable and secure technology services for USCRI employees across headquarters, field offices, and remote locations.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nMICROSOFT 365 AND ENDPOINT ADMINISTRATION\nAdminister Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses, and access permissions.\nSupport Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.\nConfigure and manage Windows and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune MDM.\nManage endpoint security settings, Microsoft Defender, multifactor authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access policies.\nAssist with MFA, endpoint compliance, and Microsoft Defender security configurations.\nSupport software installation, patching, and device troubleshooting.\nIT SUPPORT AND USER SERVICES\nProvide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and network connectivity issues.\nManage and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.\nProvide on-site technical assistance at headquarters and remote support to field offices.\nTroubleshoot Windows computers, printers, mobile devices, and office technology.\nProvide technical support for Microsoft Teams & Zoom meetings and webinars.\nMaintain and troubleshoot conference room audiovisual equipment, including displays, cameras, microphones, speakers, and related peripherals.\nCOMPUTER DEPLOYMENT AND ASSET MANAGEMENT\nPurchase, receive, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and IT equipment.\nPrepare computers and user accounts for new hires and interns.\nCoordinate equipment collection and access changes during employee offboarding.\nMaintain IT asset inventory, warranty records, and equipment assignments.\nSupport equipment replacement, maintenance, and secure disposal.\nSYSTEMS, NETWORK, AND SECURITY SUPPORT\nAssist with routine monitoring and maintenance of IT infrastructure.\nTroubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network connectivity issues.\nSupport Cisco Meraki networking equipment and office IT systems.\nAssist with security policy implementation, system updates, and documentation.\nEscalate complex infrastructure and cybersecurity issues to the Senior Cloud Systems Administrator.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nAt least 2 years of working experience in IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, and/or systems administration.\nExperience configuring and deploying computers.\nKnowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a small IT team.\nAbility to work full-time on-site at USCRI's Arlington headquarters.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Defender.\nFamiliarity with Cisco Meraki and Umbrella.\nBasic PowerShell scripting skills.\nAbility to develop and manage automated workflows using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency is a big plus\nMicrosoft certifications (MS-900, MD-102, AZ-900).\nEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY\nU.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants is an equal opportunity employer.
