The role combines operational finance supervision with strategic support - managing reconciliations, settlements, and reporting while generating insights, budgets, and forecasts that support decision-making.\nThis person will act as the first line of leadership within the finance team, guiding the Senior Accountant and FinOps Analyst to ensure data integrity, timely reporting, and smooth execution of financial processes.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Financial Control & Supervision\nOversee the daily operations of the Accounting and FinOps functions.\nReview reconciliations of banks, wallets, and service providers to ensure zero discrepancies.\nSupervise settlements, collections, payables, and receivables across multiple partners.\nEnsure timely month-end and year-end closings, with complete and accurate ledgers.\nReview and approve journal entries, invoices, and reconciliation reports.\nLiaise with tax authorities, external auditors, and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and successful audits.\n2. Financial Reporting & Insights\nPrepare and review management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.\nConduct variance analysis versus budget and highlight operational insights for management.\nMonitor key financial metrics (revenues, costs, margins, liquidity) and flag risks or inefficiencies.\nBuild financial dashboards to track performance trends and support data-driven decision-making.\n3. Budgeting & Planning\nLead the annual budgeting and periodic re-forecasting cycles.\nMaintain and update company model\nCollaborate with business teams to align budgets with operational plans.\nSupport strategic decision-making through scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.\nIdentify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.\n4.
