The ideal candidate will possess strong skills, a deep understanding of mortgage products and regulations in the UAE, and a passion for leveraging technology to enhance service delivery.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFollow up on leads in a timely manner, ensuring our clients are furnished with a range of mortgage options best suited to their needs. \nManage inbound calls from generated leads and make outbound calls from generated leads \nBuild a relationship of trust with clients and with our partners \nEducate our clients about mortgage products and procedures \nHave a good understanding of the mortgage market, rates, policies and loan processes \nGather, analyze and present documents required for processing \nVisit and nurture our existing Real Estate partners weekly.\nWhat We Are Looking For:\nPrevious experience as a Mortgage Manager, Mortgage Consultant or Mortgage Broker\nIn-depth knowledge of mortgage products, processes, and regulatory requirements in the Middle East\nCEMAP (not essential)\nFamiliarity with digital mortgage platforms and CRM systems.
