The ability to provide value and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the software development team is a must.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nDevelop Expertise in USEF software products including AHSD, USEF website, and Mobile Applications.\nWork with Project Manager and Staff to ensure that requested projects and changes fit into the overall structure and purpose of USEF products.\nEvaluate initial customer feature requests to determine level of effort in close collaboration with Senior Developers. \nUnderstand and clarify customer needs and requests and translate them into product requirements and business use case documents.\nPresent features at project prioritization stage gate meetings\nEnsure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.\nBusiness knowledge base for Development Team to clarify project specifications.\nWrite and Refine user stories/tasks for development team.\nResponsible for Data Integrity in USEF Systems\nThink ahead and recommend changes to keep products naturally evolving and moving forward in alignment with the Federation’s strategic plan.\nManage the product backlog and prioritize based on changing requirements.\nProvide training and documentation/workflows on USEF products and features to staff.\nProvide exemplary customer service to staff and members, with an emphasis on being helpful and finding resolutions that comply with the Federation’s strategic plan and information technology policies.\nRequired, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail.\nAbility to set priorities and maintain effectiveness at varying tasks.\nAbility to meet deadlines.\nExcellent knowledge of user-centered design principles.\nAbility to show initiative and be resourceful when creating solutions.\nAbility to maintain performance under pressure.\nExcellent organization and communication skills. \nTyping 20 wpm. Computer & Software Proficiency and Microsoft Office knowledge required.\nWindows OS, JIRA, and SQL Server knowledge a plus\nWorking hours from 8:30am to 5pm.\nExtended hours of availability, including some nights and weekends.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience\n3-4 years experience working within an agile development team\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.\nMust be able to lift up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
