and internal governance policies.\nCollaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, developers and product managers to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage.\nIdentify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the testing lifecycle.\nLead initiatives to improve testing efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance product quality.\nSupport agile software development practices and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, business analysts, and project managers to align quality goals with business needs.\nFacilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of quality objectives.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or quality engineering.\nProficiency in test automation tools for regression and performance (e.g., Tricentis TOSCA, NeoLoad)\nStrong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD.\nExperience with configuration tracking, process validation, and risk compliance.\nFamiliarity with performance management, business needs analysis, and strategy planning\nDemonstrated experience in test planning and estimation, quality metrics governance, and defect lifecycle management.\nExperience in team mentoring, capability building, and quality culture
