Responsibilities:\nFull Stack Application Development\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using contemporary frontend and backend technologies.\nBuild highly responsive and standards.\nSystem Integration & Data Services\nDevelop and maintain integrations between the FM Platform and enterprise systems through APIs, messaging services, and data services.\nImplement event-driven integrations using messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar platforms.\nSupport data exchange, synchronization, and workflow integration across multiple applications and business domains.\nTroubleshoot and resolve cross-system integration issues, ensuring reliable and efficient operations.\nWork with shared platform services such as authentication, notifications, workflow, scheduling, and common APIs.\nCloud Engineering & DevOps\nDeploy and maintain cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.\nSupport containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.\nWork with Azure services including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), API Management (APIM), Application Gateway, and Azure Key Vault.\nContribute to CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes.\nMaintain source code repositories and development workflows using GitLab.\nSecurity & Reliability\nImplement secure coding practices and enterprise security controls.\nManage security configurations including TLS certificates, secrets management, and authentication mechanisms.\nMonitor application performance, reliability, and operational health.\nParticipate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.\nProduct Collaboration & Delivery\nWork closely with product managers, service designers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to understand business workflows and user needs.\nParticipate in discovery, solution design, prototyping, and implementation activities.\nTranslate business requirements into well-designed technical solutions.\nContribute to Agile ceremonies, technical reviews, and release planning activities.\nSupport application modernization and migration initiatives within the FM ecosystem.\nCollaborate with AI engineers to integrate AI-powered capabilities into business applications where required.\nRequired Qualifications\nFrontend Development\nStrong experience with:\nHTML5\nCSS3\nJavaScript / TypeScript\nReact or Angular\nBackend Development\nExperience developing enterprise applications using:\nJava\nTypeScript (Node.js)\nREST API development\nMicroservices architecture\nIntegration & Data\nExperience integrating applications using APIs and messaging technologies.\nKnowledge of event-driven architectures.\nExperience with RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, Kafka, or equivalent platforms.\nFamiliarity with database management and data integration concepts.\nCloud & DevOps\nExperience with:\nMicrosoft Azure\nKubernetes\nDocker\nCI/CD pipelines\nGitLab\nSecurity\nUnderstanding of:\nSecure software development practices\nTLS and certificate management\nIdentity and access management concepts\nSecrets management (e.g. Azure Key Vault)\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience developing applications within large enterprise or government environments.\nExperience with workflow-based systems, case management systems, or operational business applications.\nExperience supporting application migration, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.\nExposure to service design, user
