Our AI agent, Gem-E, identifies who to target, when, and why - turning signals from CRMs, buying intent, and public data into precise and timely outreach that drives revenue.\nWe’re building an AI-powered signal platform that automates repetitive sales and marketing tasks and connects insights across all customer-facing systems.\nThe Role\nWe’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who combines strong engineering fundamentals with a practical mindset. You’ll join our web application team with heavy backend processing job focus. Your work will also involve frontend work to build the customer facing UI, but is typically backend (php/laravel) dominant.\nUserGems is a ~60-person company with around half of them working in engineering in Europe and Brazil and the other half in sales and marketing based in the U.S. You’ll be part of a technically strong, fast-moving engineering group that collaborates closely with our go-to-market teams in the U.S.\nWe’re in a phase where speed and iteration matter most - we move fast, ship often, and improve continuously.\nYou’ll join one of our 3 webapp teams and take ownership of entire components within the first few months of starting at UserGems. The role offers a high degree of autonomy within a collaborative, high-trust environment.
