You’ll make sure the office runs smoothly and that our events bring people together, from quarterly coworking weeks to our annual company event. It’s hands-on, detail-heavy work, and you know that the small things done right are exactly what people remember. We’re not looking for someone to tick off tasks; we’re looking for someone who brings energy and ownership to our team and office.\nWe’re open to different ways in: as a working student, as an intern, or starting with an internship and continuing as a working student afterwards.\nYour responsibilities\nYou’ll work on opportunities such as:\nKeeping our office running:Restock supplies, snacks, and drinks, handle mail, and make sure our office at St. Martin Str. 102 is organised and ready for the team.\n\nBeing the first point of contact:Answer office questions and coordinate with our service providers, including cleaning, plant care, and IT.\n\nBringing the team together:Plan and run our annual company event and our quarterly coworking weeks in Munich.\n\nWelcoming colleagues from outside Munich:Coordinate their yearly visit, including travel, accommodation, and agenda.\n\nHosting external guests:Coordinate external events in our office, which we rent out through an online booking platform.\n\nOwning budgets and vendors:Manage event budgets, vendors, and venues, and keep costs on track.\n\nUsing AI to work smarter:Bring ideas on how AI tools can simplify event planning and office processes.\n\nYou won’t do this alone. The People Experience team works closely with you and supports you on all larger events.\nYour profile\nYou’re enrolled at a German university for the full contract term. For the internship, both mandatory and voluntary internships are welcome.\n\nYou’re based in or around Munich and available for approx. 20 hours per week as a working student (4 days preferred) or 35 hours per week as an intern, all in the office.\n\nYou believe a great office and great events are part of a company’s culture, not just logistics.\n\nYou’re organised, reliable, and proactive: you notice what needs doing before someone asks.\n\nYou’re comfortable coordinating with external vendors and keeping several things moving at once.\n\nYou enjoy being the on-site heart of an international team, with colleagues in Munich and across Europe and the US\n\nYou’re fluent in English and speak German at B2 level or higher.\n\nFirst experience in office management or event organisation is a plus.\n\nWhat's in for you\nTeam & culture: A fun, engaged, motivated, and diverse team with people from over 20 countries.\nAI skills: Join our weekly AI training sessions every Friday and learn to use AI tools in your daily work.\nImpact: Real ownership of our office and events from day one.
