Cat previously worked at Instagram and Facebook and earned degrees in math and computer science at MIT. Zach previously studied computer science and statistics at U Chicago and led software at PEAK6. We have grown into a strong team of 20+ and are continuing to scale quickly.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for a Growth Marketer to build and scale Simple AI’s demand-generation engine. You will own performance marketing and paid acquisition, turning campaigns into qualified pipeline and revenue from enterprise customers.\nYou will launch, optimize, and scale paid search, paid social, and retargeting campaigns, while testing out-of-home opportunities such as billboards and transit ads. From audience targeting and creative briefs to landing pages, budget allocation, and measurement, you will own campaigns end to end.\nThis is a hands-on, analytical role for someone who likes running experiments and connecting results to business outcomes. You will work closely with sales and our content and creative team to improve conversion, identify what works, and scale the channels that drive growth.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary & meaningful equity\n\nEmployee-friendly equity terms\n\nAn office located in SF\n\nHealth, dental & vision insurance\n\nFree lunch & dinner at the office\n\nLate night Ubers\n\nRegular team events & offsites\n\nWhat You'll Need\nHave hands-on growth or performance marketing experience at a B2B SaaS, AI, or technical company.\n\nHave personally launched and optimized paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads.\n\nCan manage budgets and improve acquisition efficiency, with a track record of generating qualified leads and pipeline.\n\nAre comfortable with attribution, funnel analysis, and metrics such as conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, and return on ad spend.\n\nCan design and run structured experiments across audiences, creative, landing pages, and channels.\n\nHave strong creative judgment and can partner with content and design to turn ideas into effective ads.\n\nCan independently take campaigns from idea to launch, work closely with sales, and prioritize based on results.\n\nNice To Have\nExperience with AI, contact center, customer support, sales automation, enterprise workflow, or technical SaaS products.\n\nExperience planning or measuring out-of-home campaigns, including billboards, transit ads, or other creative offline placements.\n\nExperience building a demand-generation program from the ground up at an early-stage startup.\n\nFamiliarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools that connect campaign spend to sales pipeline and revenue.\n\nIf you're excited to build and scale the growth engine behind a fast-growing AI startup, we'd love to chat.\nPlease note: At this time, Simple AI is unable to provide employment visa sponsorship for this role.
