Cat previously worked at Instagram and Facebook and earned degrees in math and computer science at MIT. Zach previously studied computer science and statistics at U Chicago and led software at PEAK6. We have grown into a strong team of 20+ and are continuing to scale quickly.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for founding software engineers to help us build the core systems behind Simple AI’s voice agents. You will work across product to make our agents faster, more reliable, and more capable in real production environments.\nThis is a high-ownership engineering role. You will ship customer-facing features, improve latency and reliability, build internal tools, debug complex edge cases, and help us scale the platform as customer demand grows.\nEngineers here work close to the product and close to customers.
