Engineers talk to users, identify real-world bottlenecks, and ship code that unlocks speed and scale. There’s no one handing you tickets-you’ll play a role in both defining what matters and building it.\nYou’ll work across the full stack-frontend, backend, and occasionally hardware. The problems are tangible and the feedback is fast: you might train the AI model that detects a check inside a document, then write the integration that extracts the data to deposit it, then watch it run in a real warehouse the same week. You’ll have a direct hand in shaping the core systems that power our product and logistics.\nSome examples of what you might work on:\nStable Dashboard - Our customers’ central hub for business operations. They login to automate their mail, manage registered agents, reconcile payments, and set up workflows that help their team move faster.\n\nMail Operations - Hardware integrations and internal software that powers how we intake, route, and fulfill customer requests.\n\nAutomation & AI - LLMs and ML models that route mail, classify documents, extract data, and trigger workflows.\n\nAPI & Webhooks - Design and maintain a reliable, well-documented API and webhook system that external teams use to integrate with Stable. and mail volume\n\nBalance technical complexity with input from customers, operations, and the business\n\nTechnologies we use: React, Typescript, Node, GraphQL, MySQL, and AWS (if you think a new technology can solve an engineering problem, we’re all ears)\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of experience as a product engineer, full stack engineer, or similar\n\nEvidence of customer empathy and business context-you understand who you build for, why, and what impact it drove\n\nSelf-directed and comfortable leading projects end-to-end with loosely defined scope\n\nStrong communication skills-you can explain technical concepts to non-engineers\n\nComfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced, high-growth environment\n\nTravel at least quarterly for company offsites\n\nNice to have: Experience in
