Will need to work Sat/Sun and overtime as needed, may be called in to work either at plant or remotely for issues.\nStarting payrate $40 - $46.80 per hour\nRole & Responsibilities:\nThis position is located in a manufacturing plant.\n\nResponsibility for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the plant’s process control and drive programs.\n\nProvide the programming for plant process control equipment.\n\nAssist with the development and implementation of new PLC technologies to drive continuous improvement.\n\nCollaborate with impacted stakeholders around needs, project status, etc.\n\nSupport the plant’s networking and computer systems as needed.\n\nQualifications & Requirements:\nCertification or specialized education in process control is preferred.\n\nDemonstrated ability with the engineering, programming, and implementation of industrial control systems.\n\nProven experience with control systems components, ladder logic programming, HMI programming and their applications.\n\nAptitude for instrumentation and controls design.\n\nWell-developed aptitude around MO computer applications, Project and AutoCAD.\n\nFamiliarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology is a plus.\n\nSelf-starter, with excellent organization skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.\n\nAbility to work both independently and in a team environment.\n\nRate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.\nUSG employees enjoy a number of benefit options for themselves and their families.
