Each year, we have hundreds of employees who celebrate milestone anniversaries with us.\n\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, enhancement, maintenance, and support of the company's Salesforce applications. This role collaborates with stakeholders across departments to translate business requirements into technical solutions and improve platform adoption and efficiency. Minimal travel will be required. \nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead the administration and continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.\nOversee the configuration, enhancement and management of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to align with business needs.\nDesign and implement data models by creating custom objects, fields, relationships and record types to support scalable business processes.\nDesign and implement complex lightning flows, LWCs, workflows, validation rules, and Lightning pages.\nDevelop, Optimize and Maintain Dashboards & Reports in Salesforce to provide actionable insights and track key performance metrics.\nManage data migration activities by leveraging relevant data movement tools such as Data Loader and other ETL tools to import/maintain large datasets ensuring accuracy and consistency.\nManage user roles, profiles, and security settings to ensure data integrity and security.\nProvide advanced support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users, resolving complex issues efficiently.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into comprehensive Salesforce solutions.\nDevelop and maintain detailed documentation for system configuration, processes, and user training.\nConduct regular data audits, cleansing, and ensure compliance with data governance policies.\nStay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, recommending and implementing enhancements.\nLead the integration of Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications.\nProvide training, mentorship, and support to end-users and junior administrators to enhance their Salesforce proficiency.\nLead and manage Salesforce-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.\n\nKEY QUALIFICATIONS:\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree required, degree in computer science, information systems or related field is preferred.\nCertifications\nSalesforce Administrator certification is required; advanced Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are preferred.\nRequired Skills\nAdvanced experience in Sales Cloud and demonstrated proficiency in Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud; experience with Data Cloud, Commerce and Communities is a plus.\n\n5 to 7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator\n\n1 to 3 years of experience as a hands-on Team Leader, directing, mentoring, and coaching team members while actively supporting problem-solving efforts.\n\nProven experience in designing and managing complex Salesforce configurations.\n\nStrong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data governance.\n\nExcellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical users and gather requirements from stakeholders.\n\nStrong customer focus with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; knowledge of USG products, business and customer base is a plus.\n\nExcellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy of assigned work and projects.\n\nProven time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple demands, manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines.\n\nProven leadership and management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team; experience process design and project management is a plus.\n\nStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with internal customers, team members and upper management.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with analytical tools such as Tableau and OBIEE, is a plus.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft) or others.\nExperience with Agentforce, Einstein for Service or other Generative AI tools.\nKnowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce development best practices.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.\nExperience with ERP and CRM applications such as Oracle Advanced Pricing, Oracle Channel Revenue Management; Salesforce experience preferred.\n\nRate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.\nUSG employees enjoy a number of benefit options for themselves and their families.
