The role owns platform strategy, future-state architecture, modernization, governance, business analysis, and delivery across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, RPA, and AI-enabled collaboration solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSharePoint / Microsoft 365 Architecture & Modernization:\n\n- Own the SharePoint / Microsoft 365 platform roadmap and define scalable future-state architecture.\n\n- Lead enterprise modernization and migration from legacy SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online, establishing architecture standards, governance, and security.\n\n- Partner with business and IT leaders to map processes, identify automation opportunities, and mentor distributed teams.\n\nAI-First & Agentic Microsoft 365 Solutions:\n\n- Drive an AI-first development approach by embedding LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and conversational Bots into enterprise solutions.\n\n- Leverage Claude AI / Claude Code and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to securely connect AI models with enterprise data and applications.\n\n- Apply Responsible AI practices, grounding, and guardrails within regulated financial-services environments.\n\nBusiness Analysis, Power Platform, RPA & Intelligent Automation:\n\n- Architect end-to-end business flows and RPAs using Power Apps and Power Automate.\n\n- Utilize AI Hub in Power Automate for document intelligence, extraction, and classification.\n\n- Migrate legacy automations from Alteryx, Automation Anywhere, and UiPath into Power Automate.\n\nGovernance, Security & Leadership:\n\n- Establish platform governance, security, and lifecycle management across the M365 ecosystem.\n\n- Provide architecture reviews, technical direction, and stakeholder communication for high-visibility programs.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.\n\n- 10+ years overall experience with 6+ years of strong SharePoint / Microsoft 365 experience.\n\n- Hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Power Automate.\n\n- Practical exposure to AI-first development (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, MCP) and Power Automate AI Hub.\n\n- Strong business analysis, process-engineering, and stakeholder management skills;
