Excellent leadership, communication, hiring, and mentoring skills- 15+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant experience in backend, frontend, systems, and/or platform engineering\n- Strong product mindset and ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomes\n- Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams -
