Senior Product Designer

Join our team as a Senior Product Designer, where you'll play a key role in simplifying our web and mobile apps, as well as our main marketing page. You'll work closely with a world-class design agency to produce brand guidelines as part of a significant rebranding investment. As an experienced individual contributor, you'll own and elevate our design quality bar and culture, drive new components, and take end-to-end ownership of the marketing page, web app, or ongoing core features.

Missions

• Assumer la responsabilité de la conception et de l'élévation de la qualité du design pour les applications web et mobiles, ainsi que pour la page marketing.
• Collaborer avec une agence de design de premier plan pour produire des lignes directrices de marque et construire de nouveaux composants en soutien à une gamme d'initiatives.
• Définir et créer de nouveaux composants et redesign d'applications pour mobile, en travaillant au sein d'une bibliothèque de design incomplète et non documentée.

Profil recherché

- Autonomously advocate for real user needs, business strategy, and a consistent and easeful experience for users throughout the whole product lifecycle process

- 6+ years experience as a Product Designer in a fast paced environment

- Bring a strong POV - articulate pros / cons of ideas based on research, user data, or other reasoning. Vocal on strategy, biz acumen, and empathy for users. Estimate design time when tasked on multiple projects

- Craft user-friendly, delightful experiences with a high bar for visual polish, information architecture, and cognitive load

- Autonomously ship features from 0 - 1 with high bar for IA, UX, UI, final visuals
