This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who can combine strong full-stack engineering expertise with architecture ownership team leadership and product-minded decision-making.\nYou will work closely with the acting CTO / board member and product stakeholders to design build and scale secure reliable and fintech-grade systems across backend frontend and infrastructure. The role also involves helping hire and mentor the future engineering team define engineering standards and support the companys growth from an early stage.\nKey Responsibilities:\n Lead full-stack development across backend frontend and DevOps areas\n Design implement and maintain scalable backend systems C# and Core\n Build and optimize database architecture data models and queries using PostgreSQL\n Lead frontend development using Angular and modern JavaScript / TypeScript practices\n Own technical architecture decisions and ensure systems are secure scalable and reliable\n Define and maintain engineering best practices around code quality testing CI/CD security and documentation\n Support cloud infrastructure and deployments using AWS Docker and CI/CD pipelines\n Collaborate closely with product investment compliance and business stakeholders to deliver business-critical fintech solutions\n Ensure systems meet fintech-grade requirements around security scalability high availability and regulatory alignment\n Mentor engineers conduct code reviews and help build a high-performance engineering culture\n Play an active role in hiring vendor selection and scaling the engineering function\n Explore practical AI/ML-driven applications for the platform such as fraud detection risk analysis credit scoring or RAG-based workflows\nKey Requirements:\nMust-Have:\n Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field\n 4-6 years of experience in software engineering\n At least 2 years of experience in a leadership tech lead or engineering management role\n Strong hands-on experience C# and Core\n Solid full-stack background with strong frontend experience in Angular\n Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database design\n Experience designing architecture and delivering secure scalable production-grade systems\n Hands-on experience with Docker AWS and CI/CD pipelines\n Ability to lead technical decisions mentor engineers and set engineering standards\n Strong understanding of security reliability compliance and performance best practices\n Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to align
