This includes training in equitable management practices and tools to promote engaged, collaborative, and results-driven work environments.\nWho is USP Looking For?\nThe successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the following competencies and experience:\nExperience\n3-5 years of experience in driving Quality Engineering initiatives across Functional Testing, Automation Testing, Performance Testing\nGood understanding of Performance Engineering methodologies\nExperience working with AI-enabled test automation frameworks and modern automation technologies such as Playwright.\nAbility to drive product-level quality strategies, release test planning, execution governance, integration testing, and quality reporting.\nCollaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to drive continuous quality improvements across the product portfolio.\nStrong knowledge of modern Quality Engineering practices, including Shift-Left Testing, Test Automation, and CI/CD-driven quality processes.\nDemonstrated ability to rapidly learn, evaluate, and adopt new tools, technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to support evolving business requirements.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence quality outcomes across cross-functional teams.\nSelf-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and emerging technologies.\n\nEducation \nBachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Analytics or Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics) or equivalent experience.\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nNone, this is an individual contributor role.\nBenefits\nUSP provides the benefits to protect yourself and your family today and tomorrow.
