are looking for a Lead Product Manager to head the development of our product platform and take full P&L responsibility (revenue and margin) for the stream.\nIn this role, you will manage a team of strong domain Product Managers, build the API integration roadmap with external partners, and make investment decisions regarding engineering resources based on strict financial and economic features/integrations strictly based on ROI rather than subjective arguments.\n-API & Developer Platform Growth: Design and execute the integration roadmap, treat the Developer Portal as a standalone product, and scale SDK, webhook, and API patterns.\n-Product Team Management: Directly manage Product Managers-taking full ownership of their deliverables, KPIs, and strategic focus, beyond just mentorship.\n- External Vendor & Partner Management: Personally drive key API partners, manage delivery timelines, navigate partner certification processes, and push integrations through to production and marketplace listings.\n- Cross-functional R&D Alignment: Establish an effective two-way process with the engineering organization to align on timelines and capacity allocation without direct line authority over engineering.\n- B2B SaaS Dashboard Management: Drive the client-facing platform UI backed by a unified design system.\nТребования:\nRequirements & Qualifications\n- 5+ years in Product Management: Proven track record of owning a product or platform with end-to-end P&L responsibility (revenue and margin), not just core product engagement metrics.\n- Integration & Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and Developer Portals, with hands-on experience launching turnkey integrations with external partners.\n- People Management Experience: Direct experience managing Product Managers (rather than developers or UI designers) with accountability for their output.\n- Industry Background: CPaaS, Telecom, SMS aggregation, Payments/Fintech, or any business model driven by per-unit costs and complex vendor supply chains.\n- Commercial & Financial Mindset: Ability to allocate engineering capacity strictly based on financial yield and ROI calculations.\n- Professional Working English: Fluent communication for negotiating with international vendors, partners, and business reporting.\n-High-Risk Industry Exposure: Understanding the specific landscape and operational constraints of high-risk verticals (iGaming, Forex, or Crypto).\nNice to Have:\n-Hands-on experience or integrations with MarTech/CRM ecosystems (Customer.io, Optimove, Braze, Smartico, or
