Senior QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing business and system requirements, identifying potential issues.
• Developing and maintaining test cases in TMS Qase.
• Performing functional and integration testing of backend services built with PHP and Node.js, as well as REST APIs and UI applications.
• Participating in load testing (Grafana K6), analyzing performance and system resilience.
• Working with relational and non-relational databases, and message queues (RabbitMQ).
• Analyzing errors and logs in Grafana, creating bug reports, and preparing testing reports.
• Collaborating with business analysts, developers, DevOps engineers, and the product team.
• Improving testing processes and suggesting automation and QA process optimization initiatives.

• Experience: 5+ years as a Manual QA Engineer.
• Knowledge: Understanding of testing high-load systems.
• Documentation: Experience in creating test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports).
• Methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams, understanding of CI/CD processes.
• Analysis: Ability to analyze system logs, API request logs, and identify root causes of issues.
• Tools: Postman, Swagger for API testing.
• Databases: SQL proficiency sufficient to write database queries.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS services.
• Experience testing integrations with mobile operators via SMPP.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana).
• Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Playwright).
• Experience working with Linux (basic commands, viewing logs, environment setup).
• Experience with load testing.
