difference between company-managed and team-managed projects\n Practical experience with Jira Automation for Cloud (smart values, branching, webhooks, automation limits)\n Hands-on experience with REST APIs (including Jira Cloud REST API), webhooks, JSON and HTTP requests\n Hands-on experience with at least one low-code automation platform: n8n, Zapier or Make (Integromat)\n Ability to read and write scripts in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python\n Proven experience integrating multiple systems with each other\n Good understanding of API authentication methods: API tokens, Basic Auth, OAuth 2.0\n Ability to work independently with API documentation and build integrations based on it\n Strong troubleshooting skills: logs, HTTP status codes, payloads, API errors and rate limiting\n Nice to have\n Experience with more than one of n8n, Zapier and Make, or with other iPaaS tools (Workato, Power Automate)\n Confluence Cloud administration\n Advanced Jira Service Management Cloud (request types, SLAs, queues, customer portal, Assets)\n ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud and/or Atlassian Forge app development\n Git / GitLab\n Experience with CRM systems and Jira integrations with CRM, Help
