AI architecture, engineering standards, and best practices.\n\n- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers, data scientists, and software developers.\n\n- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.\n\n- Drive innovation and AI adoption across the organization.\n\nGenerative AI & LLM Development:\n\n- Design and build applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).\n\n- Develop enterprise solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.\n\n- Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.\n\n- Develop AI agents, copilots, intelligent assistants, and document processing solutions.\n\n- Lead prompt engineering, model evaluation, fine-tuning, and optimization initiatives.\n\nAI Engineering & MLOps:\n\n- Build scalable AI services, APIs, and microservices.\n\n- Implement model deployment, monitoring, observability, and MLOps pipelines.\n\n- Develop data pipelines to support training and inference workloads.\n\n- Optimize model performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.\n\n- Ensure AI solutions meet security, governance, and compliance requirements.\n\nCloud & Platform Engineering:\n\n- Deploy and manage AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.\n\n- Work with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge management platforms.\n\n- Leverage containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\n\n- Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.\n\nStakeholder & Delivery Management:\n\n- Partner with business leaders and product teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases.\n\n- Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.\n\n- Lead Agile delivery teams and manage project risks, dependencies, and milestones.\n\n- Present architecture, solution designs, and implementation strategies to stakeholders.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- Strong experience in Python and AI/ML solution development.\n\n- Expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.\n\n- Strong experience in RAG, Fine-Tuning, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and Vector Databases.\n\n- Knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and related AI frameworks.\n\n- Experience in REST APIs, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.\n\n- Strong cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.\n\n- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Skills:\n\n- Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs.\n\n- Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI Governance, Security, and Compliance frameworks.\n\n- Experience with MLOps platforms and model lifecycle management.\n\n- Exposure to healthcare, banking, insurance, or other regulated industries.\n\n- AI, Cloud, or Architecture certifications are preferred.\n\nKey Competencies:\n\n- AI
