and operate reliable, scalable production platforms for AI/ML and Generative AI workloads.Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS or GCP and Infrastructure as Code practices with Terraform.Develop and automate platform capabilities using Python to improve operational efficiency and reliability.Monitor and optimize AI applications for availability, latency, throughput, scalability, and overall system health.Implement observability solutions including metrics, logs, dashboards, ing, and distributed tracing.Establish and track service reliability indicators, objectives, and operational metrics for AI services.Develop automated processes for incident detection, response, recovery, root cause analysis, and prevention.Implement resilience strategies including retries, rate limiting, caching, failover mechanisms, and disaster recovery approaches.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable deployment of AI applications and cloud infrastructure.Optimize cloud environments for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.Collaborate with AI engineers, developers, platform teams, and security teams to improve production readiness.Participate in production support, incident management, post-incident reviews, and continuous reliability improvements.\nCreate and maintain operational runbooks, monitoring standards, dashboards, and production-readiness processes.\nRequired Skills\nProficient\nAWS OR GCP\nPython\nGenAI\nTerraform\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\n4-8 years of experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), MLOps, or AI/ML engineering.\nExperience operating production-grade cloud-based or AI/ML systems.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving
