What we look for?
We are currently looking for aL3 Support Engineer with experience with.NET and SQL to join a strategic banking project based inMadrid, Spain.
Required to go to the client's offices in central Madrid 3 days a week.
High english level is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Mandatory requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in L3 Application Support, Site Reliability, or Software Engineering in high-availability environments.
- English C1
- Strong backend troubleshooting skills with .NET and C# Solid experience with distributed architectures: REST APIs, Microservices, MQ and Kafka (event handling/topics debugging).
- Deep working knowledge of MSSQL and relational databases for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Other databases technologies are a plus.
- Proficient with Kubernetes, Windows, and Linux environments.
- Proven ability to participate in an on-call rota (including evening/weekend coverage as scheduled).
- Hands on experience using Dynatrace and Splunk. Grafana is a nice to have.
- NICE TO HAVE Familiarity with frontend frameworks, specifically React, to assist in end-to-end user issue tracing. Prior experience in Fintech, Digital Banking, and investment product. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins). Handling of Active Directory tasks.
