Visit us at UST.com.\nKey Responsibilities\nSemiconductor Product validation Develop and execute validation plans, test cases, and test strategies based on product requirements.\nDesign and implement automated test frameworks for functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing.\nDevelop automation scripts to improve test coverage and reduce manual testing effort.\nValidate firmware, embedded systems, Linux platforms, device drivers, and application software.\nAnalyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.\nPerform hardware-software integration testing and system validation.\nDevelop automated CI/CD validation pipelines and support continuous testing efforts.\nExecute stress, reliability, performance, and scalability testing.\nCreate and maintain test reports, validation metrics, and quality dashboards.\nParticipate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and risk assessments to ensure testability.\nEnsure compliance with quality standards and development processes.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in software, firmware, embedded, or platform validation.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.\nExperience in test case development, defect tracking, and test management.\nStrong scripting skills in Python, Shell, or similar programming languages.\nExperience with automation frameworks and test execution tools.\nKnowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line environments.\nFamiliarity with version control systems such as Git.\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n Experience validating Embedded Linux, firmware, and device drivers.\nKnowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, Ethernet, and PCIe.\nExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.\nFamiliarity with automated testing tools such as Robot Framework, PyTest, Selenium, or custom automation frameworks.\nExperience with performance, stress, and reliability testing.\nExposure to virtualization and container technologies such as Docker.\nUnderstanding of Agile and DevOps methodologiesWhat We Believe\nAt UST, our culture is built on our core values:\n\nHumility:\nWe listen, learn, and act selflessly.\n\nHumanity:\nWe strive to improve the lives of others through our work.\n\nIntegrity:\nWe honor commitments and act responsibly.\nWe celebrate diversity, inclusion, and innovation placing people at the center of everything we do.\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement UST is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
