The role requires working closely with business stakeholders across functions. SAP is not mandatory. It is for Bangalore location. We are looking for 8+ years of experience.\nThe Opportunity:\nEngage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements\nTranslate business needs into functional specifications and data-driven solutions\nWork with technical teams on data platforms (Databricks, data engineering) and SAP systems\nSupport data modeling, reporting, and integration initiativesFacilitate workshops and ensure alignment across business, technology, and data teamsDrive end-to-end requirement lifecycle, including validation and UAT support\nWhat you need:\nRequired Skills:\n8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environmentsStrong experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder managementPrior exposure to data platforms (e.g., Databricks) and SAP (ECC/S4HANA)Experience working in discrete manufacturing domain is highly preferredExcellent communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with multiple business groupsAbility to work in onsite-offshore model and coordinate across teamsDesired Skills:\nAI & Data Skills (Desired)\nExposure to AI/ML use cases in business processes or data analytics\nExperience using AI-assisted tools (Copilot, claude, etc.) for analysis, documentation, or productivity\nUnderstanding of data-driven decision-making, predictive analytics, or automation\nKey Competencies\nMature communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilityAbility to bridge business and technology teams effectively.High level of ownership and professionalismQualification:\nBachelor’s Degree\n\nWhat we believe:\nWe’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
