modernization, and digital innovation. \nKey Responsibilities\nGrowth & Revenue\nDevelop and execute a growth strategy for the Insurance sector across the UK and Europe.Own and exceed annual bookings, revenue, and profitability targets.Structure and close outcome-based, managed-service and platform-led commercial models.Drive new logo acquisition while expanding strategic relationships within existing accounts.Cover the insurance value chain: carriers, Lloyd's managing agents and the London Market, MGAs and delegated authority, brokers, reinsurers, and life and pensions providers.\nBuild and maintain a high-value opportunity pipeline aligned to UST's strategic offerings.\nExecutive Client\nEstablish trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, COOs, CFOs, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Actuaries, Chief Underwriting Officers, Chief Claims Officers, Heads of Claims, Underwriting Leaders, and Line of Business Executives.Lead strategic account planning and
