Conduct assessment of existing data platforms and propose modern cloud-native replacements (e.g., Azure Synapse to Redshift/BigQuery, ADF to Airflow/Glue, etc.).\nSolution Design & Implementation\nArchitect scalable, secure, high-performance data solutions using services such as: Azure: ADF, ADLS, Synapse, Databricks AWS: Glue, Redshift, EMR, S3, Athena GCP: BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, GCS Drive design sessions, produce HLD/LLD, create data flow diagrams, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards. \nData Engineering Leadership\nGuide engineering teams through redesign, code conversion, and cloud-native optimization (e.g., BigQuery SQL rewrites, Spark tuning).\nStakeholder & Technical Leadership\nWork closely with business owners, product managers, platform leads, and engineering teams. Lead PoCs, evaluate emerging tools, and guide cloud-agnostic modernization roadmaps.\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
