Developer III - Software Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate MS .NET Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in .NET 8, C#, React, Microservices, Azure, and SQL Server and be responsible for building scalable, enterprise-grade applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. Working closely with technical leads, architects, product managers, and UI/UX teams, you will contribute to the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of modern cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using .NET 8, C#, React, Redux, and Microservices.

Ensure code quality through adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices.

Build reusable and maintainable frontend and backend components.

AI-Assisted Development

Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity, accelerate development, and enhance code quality.

Demonstrate practical experience in utilizing AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle.

Microservices & API Development

Design and implement robust Microservices-based architectures with a focus on scalability, fault tolerance, and maintainability.

Develop and integrate secure RESTful APIs and web services.

Implement best practices for distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.

Frontend Development

• Develop responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly web applications using React, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Material UI, Bootstrap, and Next.js.
• Create reusable UI component libraries and maintain consistency across applications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver engaging user experiences.

Backend & Database Development

• Develop high-quality backend services using .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures.
• Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and scalability.

Cloud & DevOps

• Build, deploy, and support applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Utilize Azure services including App Services, Functions, AKS, API Management, Azure SQL, Storage, and Redis.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Work with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

  Quality & Performance

  Develop unit tests and integration tests to ensure application reliability.

  Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, security, and scalability.

  Collaboration & Agile Delivery

  Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, designers, and fellow developers.

  Mentor and support junior developers where required.

  Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

  Required Qualifications

  Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

  3-5 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Application Development.
