Visit us at .\n \nThe Opportunity:\n \nEDI Implementation Specialist- I\nBangalore, KA \n Â\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute end-to-end EDI onboarding for new customers/trading partners on the OpenText platform\nConfigure and test EDI maps, transaction sets, and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VAN, etc.)\nValidate data mapping and transaction flows against customer and business requirements\nTroubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate complex problems as needed\nMaintain accurate documentation of configurations, test results, and onboarding statusCollaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, customer service, IT) to ensure smooth go-livesFollow established implementation processes and contribute suggestions for process improvementQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)7–10 years of experience with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and implementationGood understanding with EDI/B2B integration platforms (OpenText, SEEBURGER, or similar) preferredStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsÂ\n \nWhat we believe:\nWe’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
