Other relevant essential functions may be required.\nWhat You Need\n··Experience: 12-18 years\n·Strong experience in IT delivery management within telecom domain\n·Proven track record of managing mid-to-large size teams (20-40+)\n·Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models\n·Strong understanding of data/engineering projects, delivery metrics, and quality models\n··Hands-on experience with financial management, invoicing, and margin control\n··Ability to manage customer escalations and complex stakeholder environments\n·Experience in proposal creation and account mining initiatives\n·Excellent communication and leadership skills\n·Experience in telecom environments\n·Exposure to AI tools, automation frameworks, and modern engineering practices\n··Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models\n·Certification in PMP / Agile / Scrum (preferred)\nLocation & Compensation\nCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.
