Visit us at .\nJob Description\nWe are looking for a highly experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in both Manual Testing and Selenium Automation using Java. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing automation frameworks, executing end-to-end testing, and ensuring software quality across complex enterprise applications. Experience in the Semiconductor domain is preferred.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze business and functional requirements and create comprehensive test strategies and test plans.Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.Build, enhance, and maintain Selenium-based automation frameworks using Java.Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and End-to-End testing.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.\nDevelop reusable automation scripts and improve test coverage.\nParticipate in Sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospective meetings.\nGenerate test execution reports and communicate testing status to stakeholders.\nMentor junior team members and drive QA best practices.\n··Ability to work as an individual contributor, independently driving testing activities, automation development, defect tracking, and delivery with minimal supervision.\nRequired Skills\n5-12 years of overall QA experience with strong Automation testing and Manual expertise.Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver with Java.·Good experience in TestNG, JUnit, and JSystem frameworks for test automation and execution.\nExperience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks such as POM, Hybrid, or Data-Driven frameworks.Strong knowledge of Core Java concepts including Collections, Exception Handling, OOPs, Multithreading basics, and File Handling.Experience with Maven/Gradle build tools.Experience with API testing using PostmanStrong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Defect Life Cycle.Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Knowledge of Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience using AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to improve testing productivity, automation development, and documentation.Preferred Qualifications\nExperience in the Semiconductor domain.Exposure to enterprise applications and complex business workflows.Experience with Jenkins or other CI/CD tools.Knowledge of SQL and database testing.Experience leading QA activities and mentoring automation teams.Education\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.What we believe:\nWe’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
