years total experience with at least 8+ years in backend engineering ( APIs, microservices, integration, distributed systems ).\nStrong technical background in Java based backend systems\nSolid understanding of cloud native architecture and AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, CloudFormation, etc.).\nAbility to read and interpret solution designs, technical specifications, and integration contracts.\nProven experience managing medium to large programs with cross functional engineering teams.\nDelivery Leadership\nStrong Agile/Scrum management experience.\nProficiency with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering workflow tools.\nStrong grasp of Agile metrics (velocity, throughput, quality KPIs)\nSoft Skills\nExceptional communication, stakeholder handling, and expectation management.\nStrong analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills.\nAbility to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes across globally distributed teams.\nGood to Have\nExposure to Node.js, microservices modernization, or experience guiding migrations.\nKnowledge of QA automation, performance testing tools, or observability stacks.\nExperience in regulated or large enterprise
