The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade business applications and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and support digital transformation initiatives.\nThe Opportunity:\nKey Skills & Technical Expertise:\nMicrosoft Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps)\nMicrosoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, and RPA)\nPython scripting, automation, and application development\nMicrosoft Dataverse and SharePoint Online\nSQL Server, database design, and query optimization\nREST APIs, web services, and third-party system integrations\nPower BI dashboards, reports, and data visualization\nMicrosoft 365 ecosystem and related services\nAzure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Storage, and Azure AD (preferred)\nJavaScript, HTML, CSS, and custom connectors (preferred)\nGit, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and source control best practices\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy scalable business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.\nCreate and maintain automated workflows and business process solutions using Power Automate.\nDevelop Python-based automation tools, scripts, integrations, and data processing solutions.\nIntegrate Power Platform applications with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL databases, Microsoft 365 services, and external enterprise systems.\nBuild reusable components, custom connectors, and APIs to enhance platform capabilities.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.\nDevelop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI to support business decision-making.\nTroubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.\nOptimize application performance, security, scalability, and user experience.\nEnsure adherence to governance, security, compliance, and development best practices.\nParticipate in code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities.\nProvide production support and continuous improvements for existing applications and automation solutions.\nRequired Qualifications:\n3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform and/or Python development.\nHands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint Online.\nStrong understanding of API integrations, authentication mechanisms, and enterprise application architecture.\nExperience working with relational databases and SQL.\nKnowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.\nStrong communication and presentation abilities.\nSelf-driven with a continuous learning mindset.\nAbility to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.\nWhat you need:\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMicrosoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or related certification.\nExperience with Azure cloud services and enterprise integrations.\nExposure to AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or other Microsoft AI capabilities.\nExperience with Power Platform governance, Center of Excellence (CoE), and environment management.\nFamiliarity with data migration, ETL processes, and enterprise automation initiatives\nRequired Skills:\nPower Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse\nWhat we believe:\nWe’re proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
