Summary:

UST is looking for a highly skilled Python / C# Developer with strong expertise in application development, infrastructure automation, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in backend development, automation frameworks, messaging systems, databases, and modern cloud-native technologies while contributing to technical leadership and mentoring initiatives.

The Opportunity:

As a Python / C# Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications and automation solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, improve infrastructure efficiency, and drive automation initiatives across the development lifecycle.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using C#, Python, and Node.js.

Develop automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational processes.

Build and maintain REST APIs and gRPC-based services.

Develop and support messaging solutions using RabbitMQ/AMQP.

Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and integrations.

Implement infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices.

Develop and maintain scripting solutions using PowerShell and Batch scripting.

Collaborate with architects, developers, and operations teams to deliver robust solutions.

Participate in application design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues.

Mentor team members and contribute to technical leadership initiatives.

Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and performance standards are met.

Support CI/CD implementation and continuous improvement efforts.

What you need:

• Strong hands-on experience in C#, Python, and Node.js development.
• Expertise in PowerShell and Batch Scripting.
• Experience with Infrastructure Automation and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and gRPC services.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ and AMQP messaging systems.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as MariaDB and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable enterprise applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

• Experience in enterprise application development, automation, and infrastructure engineering is highly desirable.
