Required Skills and Qualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience: 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on AI, Conversational AI, or chatbot testing.\nProgramming Skills: Proficiency in Python, with experience in developing test scripts and automation frameworks.\nTesting Techniques: Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and load testing.\nConversational AI Knowledge: Familiarity with NLP (Natural Language Processing) concepts and frameworks used in AI chatbots.\nTools and Technologies: Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar tools for API and performance testing.\nProblem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nCommunication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nCollaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
