Required Experience\n8+ years of experience in Capital Markets post-trade processing.\n4+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scope Lead, or in a similar client-facing product role.\nStrong understanding of the end-to-end securities trade lifecycle, particularly clearance, settlement, and post-trade processing.\nDeep knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income; exposure to FX, Money Markets, ETD, or OTC Derivatives is advantageous.\nKnowledge of key post-trade functions, including trade management, clearing and settlement, accounting, and regulatory reporting is essential.\nProven ability to facilitate client workshops and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable ERFs, Epics, Features, and acceptance-ready requirements.\nSound judgment in distinguishing standard capability, configuration, enhancement, and out-of-scope requests.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and written communication skills, with the ability to assess risks and escalate appropriately.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments, including PI planning, backlog refinement, and estimation.\nExperience using Jira and Confluence.
