solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership\nArchitect and design scalable BI solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric\nLead implementation of end-to-end data solutions (ingestion transformation visualization)\nDefine best practices for data modeling, performance tuning, and report design\nOversee development of Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Dataflows Gen2 in Fabric\nEnsure optimization of semantic models, DAX calculations, and large dataset handling\nDelivery & Execution\nOwn delivery of BI projects from requirements to deployment\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions\nEnsure data quality, governance, and security (RLS, data lineage, compliance)\nManage release pipelines and CI/CD for Power BI and Fabric assets\nTeam Leadership\nLead and mentor a team of Power BI developers and data engineers\nConduct code reviews and enforce development standards\nProvide technical guidance and resolve complex challenges\nDrive knowledge sharing and capability building within the team\nStakeholder Management\nAct as the primary point of contact for business and leadership teams\nPresent dashboards, insights, and architectural decisions to senior stakeholders\nInfluence data strategy and BI roadmap\nRequired Skills\nExpert-level experience with Power BI (Desktop, Service, Deployment Pipelines)\nStrong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric: Data Factory\nDataflows Gen2\nLakehouse & Warehouse\nAdvanced proficiency in: DAX\nPower Query (M)\nSQL\nStrong knowledge of: Data modeling (star schema, performance optimization)\nETL/ELT frameworks\nData warehousing and analytics architecture\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with: Azure ecosystem (Synapse, Data Factory, ADLS)\nDatabricks /
